Round 2: Managerial Round

Its a stress round to see how one reacts in stress situations

  • What is your goal in life?
  • Tell me something about yourself that is interesting and you haven’t mentioned yet?
  • Why do you want to join TCS?
  • Describe a conflict you had with your colleague and how did you solve it
  • Describe any situation when you pushed your limits to deliver a project on time.( better if the example is client specific or with a colleague)
Round 3: HR Round
  • What will you do if you get rejected in this interview?
  • What are your 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses?
  • Tell me about yourself
  • Tell me your project do in engineering
  • Aspiration after next 5 years
