The entity referred to as Mployee.me shall be formally recognized as the brand name of Padhakku Peek A Book Private Limited with context to Terms of Service.

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Mployee.me Website, located at https://www.mployee.me.

We ensure that all information provided through our services, including the Free Resume ATS Score and Analysis in ResuScan Software and job recommendations in Job Match Pro, is securely handled and protected. Please note that we do not offer account deletion under any circumstances. By signing up and using our platforms, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise stated, Mployee.me and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on https://www.mployee.me. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from https://www.mployee.me for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Access to and use of Mployee.me and the products and services available through the application are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (“Terms of Service”). By browsing through these Terms of Service and using the services provided by our application, you agree to all terms of Service along with the Privacy Policy on our application, which may be updated by us from time to time. Please check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and withdraw or amend the services without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this application is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or this entire application.

By using this application, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date.

Additionally, prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. Please note that the prices listed on the application are only applicable for items/services purchased on the application and not through any other source.

All and any intellectual property rights in connection with the products/services shall be owned absolutely by the Company.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of this application, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property right.

Delivery

Delivery of all the services are in digital mode and no physical goods are to be transferred. Following services include the delivery steps as:

  • Resume Services: Each plan comes with a dedicated delivery dates which is to be communicated to the client before.
  • Chat Sheets: Chat Sheets are activated within 24 hours of the payment.
  • Mentorship: Mentorship plan and dates are shared with the client with the plan itself. The plan is valid for 45 days and is to be completed within same range.

Refund and Communication Policy

1. Payment Confirmation: Razorpay transactions are recognized as official confirmation of payment, receipt, and invoice for all services.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only to Resume Services under the Premium and Advanced Plans. No refunds will be provided for Resume Scan Credits, or for Job Match Pro Monthly or Quarterly Plans.

3. Refund Initiation Process: Users can initiate a refund by contacting the appropriate department via WhatsApp or E-mail. Refunds can be initiated before the delivery of the first draft. The first draft will be shared within 36 working hours.

4. Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of the refund request. The refunded amount will be credited to the original source account within 5-7 working days. A transaction fee/handling charge of Rs. 199 to Rs. 299 will be deducted from the refund, depending on the purchase value.

5. Refund Restrictions: Refunds are not available if client-side delays exceed 6 days. Refunds are also not available if there are 3 consistent reminders for information with defaults on the same.

6. Communication and User Responsibility: WhatsApp is the accepted official mode of communication for user convenience. If a user fails to respond after 3 reminders or remains inactive for 6 days, their account with Mployee.me will be closed without a refund. If a user does not provide requested information as per the consultant's instructions, Mployee.me does not guarantee the ATS score mentioned in the sales plan. If the user disagrees with the consultant's suggestions, Mployee.me is not responsible for meeting the ATS score guarantee.

7. LinkedIn Plan: If a user fails to respond positively or at all after 3 reminders, their account will be closed.

8. ATS Score: Scores will be provided only for the platforms specified in the sales plan.

9. Post First Draft Delivery: After the delivery of the first draft, refunds are no longer applicable. If the user disagrees with the consultant’s suggestions, Mployee.me will either work towards an alternative solution or finalize the resume and provide proof of the ATS score via email.

Subscriptions

Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically not renew under the exact same conditions unless you renew it.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide Mployee.me with accurate and complete billing information that may include but not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Mployee.me to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Fee Changes

Mployee.me, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify fees for the Services. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

Mployee.me will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees or Service fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Prohibited Uses

You may use Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Terms. You agree not to use Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail”, “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend Company or users of Service or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:
  • Use Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Service or interfere with any other party’s use of Service, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Service.
  • Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access Service for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on Service.
  • Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Service or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.
  • Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Service.
  • Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Service, the server on which Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Service.
  • Attack Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
  • Take any action that may damage or falsify Company rating.
  • Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Service.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 10, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mployee.me and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Mployee.me.

Error Reporting and Feedback

You may provide us either directly at padhakku@gmail.com or via third party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party; and (iv) Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback. In the event the transfer of the ownership to the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant Company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and commercialize) Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk.

Neither company nor any person associated with company makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services. without limiting the foregoing, neither company nor anyone associated with company represents or warrants that the services, their content, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the services or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components or that the services or any services

Company hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for particular purpose.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
