What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This is a relationship-driven sales role

  • Build and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and designers
  • Be the go to resource for flooring, cabinets, and project materials
  • Proactively reach out to new trade pros and bring them into ProSource
  • Help clients quote, plan, and win projects
  • Partner with the showroom team to close deals and deliver great experiences
  • Keep your pipeline organized and moving (CRM)

  • You’re comfortable talking to contractors and business owners
  • You understand (or can quickly learn) flooring, cabinets, or remodeling products
  • You’re motivated by income and growing relationships
  • You don’t wait for business—you go get it
  • You’re organized and can manage multiple projects at once

  • Inside sales, account management, or showroom sales
  • Building materials, flooring, kitchen & bath, or wholesale experience
