Description:

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a HR Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in Boston, MA. The role involves undertaking a variety of HR duties whilst seeking to continuously improve upon already established processes and procedures. This position provides guidance and consultative hands-on support, promoting positive employee relations. This includes compliance of global and local processes, interpretation of policies and procedures and counseling managers and employees. The scope reflects the national and international framework and business environment in which they operate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities (hiring, onboarding, off‑boarding).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR‑related inquiries.
  • Support recruitment by managing job postings and open roles in the ATS.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll support, and salary updates in collaboration with HRBP, Payroll, and Total Rewards.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data, reports, and analytics to support decision‑making and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and local procedures.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, projects, and initiatives.
  • Provide local office support for the Boston office and remote support as needed.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, promoting collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Support ad hoc tasks and projects across the People & Communication team.


Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
