  • On-site position in Keller (Fort Worth), TX or Atlanta, GA
  • $150,000 annual salary, paid weekly. Health benefits begin immediately
  • Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

The most meaningful support you can give a student who achieved 99% is to insist they reach 100%.

At Alpha, this principle is foundational. It defines daily practice. Students engage with academic content through self-directed applications rather than traditional instructor-led lessons. This model allows you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating high-impact workshops on public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback. You will use live analytics to motivate students toward complete goal attainment. You will develop the Guides working with you. Your resources include data systems, a structured playbook, and the personal presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.

You will take full ownership of a student cohort and be held accountable for three measurable outcomes: students demonstrate enthusiasm for school, they advance at double the rate of conventional classrooms, and they develop practical life competencies. From the outset, you will coach other Guides. As you produce results consistently, your influence on campus-wide program standards will expand.

Atlanta: Culturally vibrant metro area with temperate weather and cost of living that offers greater value than coastal cities.

Fort Worth: No state income tax, highly-rated schools, and a family-oriented city with thriving arts and culinary communities.

Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Submit your application today.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour live workshops focused on life skills (public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange) for students in grades K-8, adhering to Alpha's structured playbook
  • Conducting motivation sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward framework (school currency, leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal attainment
  • Developing Guides in program adherence and standards maintenance, ensuring every coaching interaction yields concrete improvement steps
  • Managing your dedicated student cohort while simultaneously cultivating other Guides
  • Monitoring student satisfaction metrics, goal completion percentages, and Guide performance indicators

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Teaching or tutoring academic subject matter. Students acquire academic knowledge via applications.
  • Creating curriculum or instructional plans. Alpha's playbook serves as your framework, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and engagement.
  • Accepting 99% as sufficient when 100% is the standard. Maintaining expectations demonstrates your confidence in student capability.
  • Training Guides on instructional methods. Because Guides do not teach academics, your coaching addresses energy, motivation, and accountability.
