AttRole & responsibilities
- Designing and executing performance-driven SEM & SMM campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Building and launching multi-step email nurture and drip campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers.
- Localizing global marketing strategies to maximize regional performance.
- Building and optimizing web pages using SDL Tridion & Adobe Experience Manager.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
- Managing multiple exciting global projects and delivering them on time with excellence.
- Ensuring deliverables meet KONEs global brand, content, and quality standards.
Youll also have the chance to expand your skill set by supporting your Hub teammates in: Website content management, web analytics, and SEO.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5–8 years of experience in PPC (search, social, and email) with global brands or marketing agencies.
- A process-driven mindset and the ability to standardize digital marketing workflows for scalability and impact.
- Strong working knowledge of CMS, website structures, and search engine principles.
- A self-starter attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with global, cross-cultural teams.
- The ability to adapt to the fast-paced Marketing Hub environment and collaborate closely with specialists across PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Web Analytics.
