We are looking for QA engineers with experience in manual testing of mobile applications
along with Appium skills to write automation suites. We religiously follow a TDD (Test

identifying what should work to improve the product.
What you will do in this role
Strategic Contribution: Participate in story prioritization, criteria finalization, and
User Experience discussions.
Test Documentation: Design and write comprehensive Manual Test Cases and
prepare test plans/scripts for every software component.
Quality Control: Lead the peer review process for test cases and set up test
conditions prior to execution.
Defect Management: Execute scripts and document results in Jira. Log defects and
track them through the entire lifecycle from creation to resolution.
Automation Partnership: Identify the right cases for regression and partner with the
automation team to build suites. Execute automation as needed during cycles.
Mobile Execution: Perform rigorous manual execution of test cases on actual
mobile devices.
Agile Participation: Engage in Sprint Planning and Retrospective meetings to
ensure continuous delivery.
Collaboration : Work closely with Dev teams to identify bottlenecks and fix bugs
early.
Scripting: Write and execute Automation Test Scripts using Appium on mobile
platforms.
What you should have
Experience: 4+ years of QA experience in consumer products with a heavy focus on
mobile applications and websites.
Education: BE/ME (Comp/IT), MCA, or B.Tech/M.Tech.
Analytical Thinking: Strong logical reasoning and the ability to adhere to Agile
principles.
Defect Mastery: Expert-level critical thinking regarding defect management and
tracking.
Technical Stack: Good hold on SQL and experience in functional, regression, and
integration testing of API services.
Tools & Frameworks: Hands-on expertise in Selenium, Appium, Postman, and
Framework designing/development.
User Advocacy: A passion for UX best practices and identifying edge cases to
increase release reliability.
Agility: Flexibility to work on multiple technologies and languages as per project
needs.
Nice to Have
Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments.
Familiarity with GIT, Jira, and ALM.
Experience in BDD, TDD, DevOps, and CI/CD enablement.
Exposure to cloud-based testing tools like BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm, or
LambdaTest.
Knowledge of API performance testing tools like JMeter.
