What We're Looking For

• Confidence to handle international outbound calls
• Willingness to work in US night shift
• Strong listening, learning, and documentation skills

• Make outbound calls to US healthcare providers
• Request and follow up on patient medical records
• Learn US healthcare terminology and HIPAA compliance

What Were Looking For

• Experience in International Voice Process / Healthcare BPO / Medical Records / AR Calling (Denials,Auth and EV)
• Strong command of spoken English with professional phone etiquette
• Knowledge of US healthcare workflows and HIPAA compliance
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet SLAs
