Role & responsibilities
1. Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support marketing strategies.
2.Customer Engagement:
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customer queries and feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
3.Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams like sales, R&D, and operations to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Build relationships with external agencies and vendors for campaign execution.
4.Learning and Development:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance marketing knowledge and leadership skills.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver results within set timelines.
Preferred candidate profile
B.E. ( Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Mechatronics) + MBA(Marketing) to be passed out in 2026 or passed in 2025. With a minimum 60% marks in graduation and post-graduation. With no education gap.
