Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Captain Waiter. The Captain Waiter will oversee dining areas to ensure customer satisfaction, manage food and beverage service, take orders, assist with training junior staff, and ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and dining staff. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace and providing exceptional customer service will be key responsibilities in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to create a positive dining experience and effectively interact with guests.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service with expertise in serving, managing orders, and coordinating with the kitchen staff.
• Basic Cooking knowledge is a plus to understand food preparation and collaborate with the kitchen team efficiently.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar position in the food and hospitality industry is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Hindi for effective communication with customers and team members.
