Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building strong relationships with universities and colleges, managing campus hiring for various programs, and attracting top entry-level talent to meet organizational needs for Pune region. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing campus recruitment strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline.


Areas of Responsibility:

Campus Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with training and placement team, career development centre of institute, HOD and student organizations.
  • Design and execution of Pre & Post Offer Student Engagement strategy.
  • Strategize and contribute to effective branding initiatives at institutes within the region.
  • Representing the company at campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Promote "TCS Campus Commune" as the leading social media learning platform.

Recruitment Process:

  • Understanding the hiring requirements from different units and coordinating with the CTAG to get the requirements fulfilled.
  • Manage end-to-end campus hiring, including branding and promotion at various channels of social media, planning the drive, interview closure, document validation and offer release.
  • Coordinate assessment centers, technical evaluations, publishing the dashboards with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engaging BU leadership for driving niche skill hiring in the region
  • Organizing and Promoting participation for TCS Flagship contests like EngiNX, Codevita, EnQuode, HackQuest, Inframind, HumAIn etc.
  • Connect with senior leadership in the branch to ensure an effective pipeline of speakers at various events.
  • Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices and ensuring the process is being automated and made efficient with periodical intervals. Partnering with the team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Ensuring TAT and SLA are followed while submitting the reports, dashboards and while resolving queries for candidates or placement officers.
